PATIENT FORMS
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and how we may be able to help you achieve better health.
CONSULTATION
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Peter Braglia. At True Health Family Chiropractic, a consultation is a conversation; not an examination and certainly not a high-pressure sales pitch common in the chiropractic profession. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Braglia to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how our unique approach can meet your goals.
EXAMINATION
Following your consultation, you are more than welcome to proceed with a Complete Structural Chiropractic examination which will include:
- Spinal Analysis
- Structural Assessment
- Digital Neuromyographic Nerve Scan
- Structural Radiographs
INITIAL PHASE OF CARE
After the examination, if a structural shift has been confirmed, a follow up conference to review the results will be scheduled. Dr. Braglia will discuss the nature of your specific structural shift, care options, and deliver your first structural correction. He will create a customized solution that will take you from where you are now to where you need to be so that you can get back to enjoying life. In addition, we will show you how you can protect your investment in your health for a lifetime with a healthy structure and nervous system.
COMPLEMENTARY RECOMMENDATIONS
Other care may be prescribed to perform at home and may include any combination of heat or cold therapies, massage, trigger point therapy, and nutritional advice. Exercises may be recommended to increase strength, flexibility, and balance, and to improve structure.
